Biography Roger Godschalk
Dr. Godschalk is associate professor at the department of Pharmacology & Toxicology at Maastricht University. His current research activities focus on the biological consequences of DNA damage and subsequent preventive mechanisms of the cell, with special emphasis on reproduction toxicology and transgenerational effects of toxic compounds after maternal or paternal exposures. Dr. Godschalk is the PhD-student coordinator of NUTRIM.

NUTRIM | School of Nutrition and Translational Research in Metabolism
NUTRIM aims to contribute to health maintenance and personalised medicine by unraveling lifestyle and disease-induced derangements in metabolism and by developing targeted nutritional, exercise and drug interventions. This is facilitated by a state of the art research infrastructure and close interaction between scientists, clinicians, master and PhD students.
